* NGOs are organizations in the field of privacy research, advocacy and/or education.

 

Registration fees are applicable on the date of payment, not on the date of registration. 

Open Conference registration fees include: 

• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks as per agenda
• 2 lunches
• Gala Dinner on September 25

 

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

 

Conference Registration Payment Terms

 

Registration fees will be charged by: El Padre sp. z o. o.  upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
 

Accompanying persons

 

The registration fee for each companion only includes access to dinners and cocktails.

 

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

 

Refund of registration fee payments will be made if written notification of cancellation is received as follows:

• Before 31 August - Full refund with a deduction of 100 EUR handling fee.
• From 01 Sept - No refund

Important Notes!

• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. 
• Written confirmation will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
• The conference agenda is subject to change without prior notice.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the only liability of the conference hosts is to refund all the registration fees paid.
